Scholarship for Employees of El Paso County, CO Sheriff's Office

Each day, our local first responders risk their lives to ensure the safety of our community. They make monumental sacrifices to protect us from danger. As citizens, the least we can do is to ensure that they also get the help they need. One way to do it is through education.

The Hugh Martin memorial scholarship is established to honor the life of late Deputy Hugh Martin, who was shot and killed during a no-knock drug search in 1992. As a 501(c)(3) organization in Colorado Springs, CO, we aim to provide an education program to the employees of the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.
